The rooms here are quite spacious and they come with cozy beds and nice bathrooms. There are no carpets in the rooms. the location of this place is great, and they even have parking available on-site. 🚗

The standard queen room we were given had climate control, LCD TV set, and a laptop-size safe. Appreciated the location to the Confins airport...

The deluxe queen room I stayed in was impeccable where carpet did n't exist. Climate control, a private safe, and an LCD TV were available in the room.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with cozy carpets that added a touch of warmth. 🌟 Plus, being so close to Parque Renato Azeredo was super convenient for exploring!

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to touristic attractions and several nice shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast spread is impressive, with many types of fruits, juices, cakes, and Brazilian pastries. The room and hotel facilities were very clean and exceeded my expectations.

I liked that the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, that the room had a good size flatscreen television, and the very comfortable bed. The bed was however raised a bit too much for our size/height. The breakfast was very good and the gym and pool was of good size and well maintained. The service of staff was excellent throughtout... Very polite and service minded. Good location as the hotel are close to the large Minas shopping area and also only 30minutes form Confins International Airport and next to Pamphula Reginal Airport.

The room could have been of better design, quality, and size for that price. So could the gym and leisure areas. I don't think the hotel is worth 5 stars, but how much more or better can you get in this area?

the worst five stars hotel I had stayed in Brasil. When I arrived already told me that there were not enough rooms according to my book confirmation. And when I leftt he person from reception told me there was no pre-authorization and I had already paid at the fiirst arrival.

Good hotel with better value for money compared to others in Belo Horizonte. 4 Stars for sure, but 5 seems a bit of a stretch. Convinient shopping and restaurant across the street, walking distance.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to key tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a good selection of dishes that catered to different tastes. We also enjoyed the efficiency of the valet car service, which made it easy to come and go.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by some negative aspects. The rooms could use some maintenance and revamping, as some of the decor and amenities seemed outdated and not well-maintained.

Service in lobb< cafe was vry poor. In floor 1 breakfast it was crowded and chaotic. Coffe station poorly set up. Check in was slow and reception alwas disracted and doing tow or three things without paying attention to my needs. Lift was hideously slow and a wait in the morning of around 15 mins to get the lift.

The value for money is amazing, with reasonable prices and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, right in front of Minas Shopping mall, making it easy to explore the touristic attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Everything was more than satisfactory, truly nothing to complain about!
